Welcome to Ujiajiri.ke. By accessing our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This platform provides a space for youths and SMEs to connect via supervised work placements.
Youths: Must provide accurate information and engage professionally in any matched placements. Timely communication during placements is necessary.
SMEs: Respect the educational intent of the placements. Final deliverables are provided under the explicit terms of the respective work pack without extra unwarranted demands placed on the youths.
Work products delivered explicitly via a work pack usually revert to the SME upon successful completion and sign-off, unless otherwise specified through specific placement contracts.
Ujiajiri is a facilitator. While we supervise the output to guarantee the highest quality reasonably possible, we do not assume liability for downstream economic impacts on an SME following the utilization of these work packs.
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued usage of the site post-modification constitutes acceptance of the latest terms.
